Austria Beer Challenge 2025
My Czech Dark Lager was awarded the Quality Seal of the Beer IG 2025 at this year's state championship! For me as a brewer, this means more than just a label - it's recognition for all the hours, decisions, attempts (and failed attempts) that go into every single liter. The fact that it's now getting appreciation on this path is also a great motivation to continue refining the flavor and quality. A big thank you to the jury and everyone who works with so much heart and soul for the local beer culture.
